Using it safely

In short

It asks before writing anything
Clocking in or out, saving notes, sharing to feeds and marking tasks done leave a trace in Perplz, so the AI is instructed to show you what it will do and get your OK first
It only completes tasks assigned to you
The AI won’t complete someone else’s task or undo a completion — do those in the project room yourself.
Finding teammates shows evidence, not rankings
It shows what people have worked on, without ranking or scoring anyone. Work in private projects is never used.
Your account, your permissions
The AI sees only what you can already see in Perplz. Connecting grants no new access.
Notes stay private
Notes the AI writes are saved privately in your Studio and copied only to the project feeds you choose. Working hours never appear in the feed.
Disconnect anytime
Review and disconnect AI apps under My page → Settings → Connected AI
